Red Latina offers participating in training with the company. Local or International students pursuing a degree in Business Majors or Communication Majors (Bachelor’s degree), some school required to complete a practical training in a company abroad. The training normally can go from 2 to 12 months.
In regards to International students, the legal eligibility to train with Red Latina, the requirements are to be participating in the J-1 Visa Internship USA program, sponsored by the Council on International Educational Exchange [CIEE]. (www.ciee.org)
As your sponsor, CIEE is authorized by the U.S. government to issue the necessary documentation for the students to obtain a J-1 visa, which allows to train legally in the U.S for up to 12 months. J-1 Visa participants are exempt from the following taxes:
- Social Security Taxes (FICA)
- Federal Unemployment Taxes (FUTA)
