ST. LOUIS — A St. Louis judge on Friday ordered the release of 19-year-old Ca’Marion Pawnell while he awaits trial on child endangerment charges related to the death of his 7-month-old daughter, Kiyomi Parker, who was fatally shot allegedly by her 10-year-old sibling.
Como parte de las condiciones establecidas por el tribunal, Pawnell estará bajo monitoreo mediante GPS y no podrá supervisar a menores mientras continúa el proceso judicial. Además, deberá residir en una vivienda donde no haya niños.
Under conditions imposed by the court, Pawnell will be monitored by GPS and will not be allowed to supervise children while the case proceeds. He must also live in a home where no children reside.
