Sold-Out ELLA 2026 Event Celebrates Latina Leadership and Honors Red Latina STL with Special Recognition
Más de 200 empresarias, ejecutivas, emprendedoras y líderes comunitarias participaron en uno de los eventos de liderazgo femenino más importantes de la región.
More than 200 businesswomen, executives, entrepreneurs, and community leaders participated in one of the most important women's leadership events in the region.
ST. LOUIS, Missouri — La fuerza, visión y determinación de las mujeres latinas fueron protagonistas durante el Foro de Liderazgo Femenino ELLA 2026, organizado por la Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro St. Louis (HCCSTL), un evento que reunió a más de 200 mujeres líderes de diversos sectores para celebrar el crecimiento, la colaboración y el impacto del liderazgo femenino en nuestra comunidad.
ST. LOUIS, Missouri — The strength, vision and determination of Latina women were the protagonists during the ELLA 2026 Women's Leadership Forum, organized by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro St. Louis (HCCSTL), an event that brought together more than 200 women leaders from various sectors to celebrate the growth, collaboration and impact of female leadership in our community.

With sold out tickets and inspiring energy from the beginning to the end of the evening, ELLA 2026 once again established itself as one of the most important gatherings for businesswomen, corporate executives, professionals, entrepreneurs and community leaders in the region.
Bajo el lema "Power in Heels, Purpose in Action", el evento destacó el papel transformador de las mujeres en el mundo empresarial, el liderazgo comunitario, la educación, la salud, las finanzas y el emprendimiento. Las asistentes tuvieron la oportunidad de participar en espacios de networking, actividades interactivas, paneles de liderazgo, conversaciones inspiradoras y experiencias diseñadas para fortalecer conexiones profesionales y personales.
Under the theme "Power in Heels, Purpose in Action," the event highlighted the transformative role of women in business, community leadership, education, health, finance, and entrepreneurship. Attendees had the opportunity to participate in networking spaces, interactive activities, leadership panels, inspiring conversations, and experiences designed to strengthen professional and personal connections.

The ELLA — Empowering Latina Leadership & Advancement — program has evolved into a key platform to boost the professional development of Latina women and promote new opportunities for growth within and outside the Hispanic community.
Durante el foro participaron destacadas panelistas y líderes de organizaciones, universidades,
instituciones financieras y empresas reconocidas de la región, quienes compartieron experiencias sobre liderazgo, resiliencia, bienestar profesional, innovación y crecimiento empresarial.
During the forum, prominent panelists and leaders from organizations, universities, financial institutions, and recognized companies in the region participated, who shared experiences on leadership, resilience, professional well-being, innovation, and business growth.
Las conversaciones dejaron un mensaje claro: las mujeres continúan ocupando posiciones cada vez más relevantes en la economía, los negocios y la toma de decisiones que impactan el futuro de nuestras comunidades.
The conversations left a clear message: women continue to occupy increasingly relevant positions in the economy, business, and decision-making that impact the future of our communities.

Attendees participated in a creative experience inspired by the traditional dream catcher, where each participant designed their own earrings while reflecting on leadership, wellness, purpose, abundance, and personal growth.

Debo admitir que fue una sorpresa que jamás esperé recibir. Por ello, este reconocimiento tiene para mí un significado aún más especial y profundamente emotivo.

I am deeply honored and sincerely grateful to receive the recognition presented during the 2026 ELLA Women’s Leadership Forum, where I was humbled to be recognized as “A Legend in St. Louis.”
This distinction holds special meaning for me, not only as a media professional but also as someone who has dedicated much of her life to serving and uplifting our Hispanic community. For more than twenty-five years, I have had the privilege of documenting, sharing, and celebrating the stories of our people, businesses, leaders, entrepreneurs, and families throughout the St. Louis region.
Through Red Latina, my mission has always been to give a voice to our community, to highlight its achievements, preserve its stories, and ensure that the contributions of Hispanics and Latinos are seen, recognized, and valued. Throughout these years, I have witnessed the remarkable growth, resilience, and determination that continue to shape our community and inspire future generations.
This recognition is not mine alone. It belongs to every individual who has trusted me with their story, every organization that has welcomed us into their events and initiatives, and every community leader who works tirelessly to create opportunities for others.
I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro St. Louis for its unwavering leadership, commitment, and dedication to strengthening our business community and creating spaces where service, excellence, and community impact are celebrated.
