Southwest Winds Ease Cold Tuesday, but More Arctic Air Is on the Way

Southwest winds Tuesday morning are helping ease the cold slightly, with temperatures slowly rising since midnight. However, those same winds are producing wind chills near -18°C, making warm clothing essential.
