Lo
incierto ya no es una excepción, sino la norma. La estabilidad que muchos
creían tener —en lo económico, lo político, lo climático e incluso en lo
personal— se ha ido resquebrajando como una vasija antigua que apenas logra
contener el agua. Las noticias nos sacuden con titulares que van desde
terremotos devastadores hasta conflictos geopolíticos, crisis migratorias y
decisiones políticas que redibujan el mapa económico mundial de un día para
otro. Y en medio de todo esto, estamos nosotros: intentando entender,
adaptarnos, respirar.<o:p></o:p>

Uncertainty is no
longer the exception—it has become the norm. The stability many once believed
they had—economically, politically, environmentally, and even personally—has
been crumbling like an old clay pot barely holding water. Headlines shake us
daily, from devastating earthquakes to geopolitical conflicts, migration
crises, and political decisions that redraw the global economic map overnight.
And in the midst of it all, here we are: trying to understand, to adapt, to
breathe.<o:p></o:p>

La
incertidumbre no es cómoda. Nos confronta con nuestra fragilidad, con la falta
de control, con esa parte de la existencia que no se deja encasillar en planes
de cinco años ni en pronósticos de expertos. Pero también, y aquí está la
paradoja, es en la incertidumbre donde se esconde una oportunidad invaluable:
la de construir una fortaleza interior que no dependa de lo externo.<o:p></o:p>

Uncertainty is not
comfortable. It confronts us with our fragility, our lack of control, with that
part of life that cannot be boxed into five-year plans or expert forecasts. But
here lies the paradox: within uncertainty hides an invaluable opportunity—the
chance to build an inner strength that does not depend on external circumstances.<o:p></o:p>

He
aprendido que no hay herramienta más valiosa que la calma consciente en
medio del caos. No se trata de resignación ni de apatía, sino de una presencia
serena que nos permite observar sin desesperar, decidir sin reaccionar
impulsivamente y seguir adelante, aunque el camino no esté del todo claro. En
mis momentos de mayor confusión, el silencio, la meditación y el contacto con
lo esencial han sido brújula. No para predecir lo que viene, sino para
recordarme quién soy frente a lo que venga.<o:p></o:p>

I’ve learned that
there is no tool more valuable than conscious calm in the midst of chaos. This
is not about resignation or apathy, but rather a serene presence that allows us
to observe without despair, to decide without reacting impulsively, and to move
forward even when the path is unclear. In my moments of greatest confusion,
silence, meditation, and connection with what’s essential have served as my
compass—not to predict what’s coming, but to remind me who I am in the face of
whatever comes.<o:p></o:p>

antiguos sabios ya lo sabían: no podemos evitar la tormenta, pero sí podemos
aprender a bailar bajo la lluvia. En vez de buscar certezas externas, debemos
cultivar la certeza interna, esa que nace del autoconocimiento, de la fe (en lo
que cada quien crea) y del propósito. Porque cuando uno tiene claro para qué
está aquí, el cómo se vuelve una búsqueda más llevadera.<o:p></o:p>

The ancient sages
knew this well: we cannot avoid the storm, but we can learn to dance in the
rain. Instead of seeking external certainties, we must cultivate internal
certainty—born from self-knowledge, faith (in whatever each person believes),
and purpose. Because when you are clear about why you are here, the how becomes a more
manageable journey.<o:p></o:p>

Así
que no, no viviremos tiempos perfectos. Pero podemos vivirlos con valentía, con
compasión y con un liderazgo interior que inspire a otros a mantenerse en pie. El
verdadero poder está en desarrollar una conciencia firme. <o:p></o:p>

So no, we will not live-in
perfect times. But we can live them with courage, with compassion, and with an
inner leadership that inspires others to remain standing. True power lies in
developing a steady consciousness.<o:p></o:p>

“Ningún
hombre es una isla, completo en sí mismo; cada hombre es una pieza del
continente, una parte del todo.”<o:p></o:p>

"No man is an
island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the
main."<o:p></o:p>

Y quizás ese sea nuestro mayor aprendizaje: que en medio de tanta
incertidumbre, el otro, el vínculo y la humanidad compartida siguen siendo
nuestro único hogar seguro.<o:p></o:p>

And perhaps that is
our greatest lesson: that in the midst of so much uncertainty, one
another—connection and our shared humanity—remain our only true safe haven.<o:p></o:p>
