Durante mucho tiempo, la palabra ambición fue
susurrada con vergüenza. Como si desear más —más crecimiento, más impacto, más
expansión— fuera un pecado del alma. En nuestras culturas hispanas, la ambición
fue frecuentemente asociada con la soberbia, el egoísmo o el desapego de los
valores familiares. Nos enseñaron que ser humildes era esconder nuestros
sueños, no brillar demasiado, no destacar demasiado, no desear demasiado.<o:p></o:p>

For a long
time, the word ambition was whispered with shame. As if wanting more—more
growth, more impact, more expansion—were somehow a sin of the soul. In our
Hispanic cultures, ambition was often associated with arrogance, selfishness,
or detachment from family values. We were taught that being humble meant hiding
our dreams, not shining too brightly, not standing out too much, not wanting
too much.<o:p></o:p>

Pero ¿y si la ambición no fuera un pecado, sino un
llamado? ¿Y si en realidad fuera una expresión legítima del alma expandiéndose?<o:p></o:p>

But what
if ambition weren’t a sin, but a calling? What if it were actually a legitimate
expression of the soul expanding?<o:p></o:p>

La ambición auténtica no es codicia. No nace del vacío
interior, sino de la visión. Es hambre de propósito. Es ese fuego interno que
nos invita a dejar huellas, a transformar entornos, a construir legados. La
verdadera ambición no aplasta, multiplica. No excluye, inspira.<o:p></o:p>

Authentic ambition is not greed. It doesn’t come from inner emptiness, but from vision.
It’s a hunger for purpose. It’s that inner fire that invites us to leave a
mark, to transform our surroundings, to build a legacy. True ambition doesn’t
crush—it multiplies. It doesn’t exclude—it inspires.<o:p></o:p>

Hacer las paces con nuestra ambición. Abrazarla como un impulso natural del ser
humano que desea evolucionar. Porque cuando la ambición está al servicio del
bien, deja de ser una amenaza y se convierte en una bendición.<o:p></o:p>

What we
need is to reconcile with that word. To make peace with our ambition. To
embrace it as a natural drive of the human being who desires to evolve. Because
when ambition is in service of the greater good, it stops being a threat and
becomes a blessing.<o:p></o:p>

Pero claro, para
hacerlo, muchas veces debemos romper con algo más profundo: las lealtades
invisibles. Aquellas ataduras familiares o culturales que nos hacen sentir
que si prosperamos más que los nuestros, estamos traicionando. Que si nos va
mejor que a nuestros padres, debemos sentir culpa. Que si nos expandimos
demasiado, corremos el riesgo de quedarnos solos.<o:p></o:p>

Of course,
to do that, we often have to break with something deeper: invisible loyalties.
Those family or cultural ties that make us feel that if we thrive more than our
loved ones, we are betraying them. That if we do better than our parents, we
should feel guilty. That if we expand too much, we risk ending up alone.<o:p></o:p>

Ese tipo de creencias reduce nuestro umbral de
merecimiento. Nos sabotea desde dentro. Y nos mantiene en una zona de confort
disfrazada de fidelidad.<o:p></o:p>

That kind of
belief lowers our threshold of worthiness. It sabotages us from within. And it
keeps us in a comfort zone disguised as loyalty.<o:p></o:p>

¿De qué sirve vivir pequeños para complacer un pasado
que ya no existe? ¿De qué sirve esconder el brillo si el mundo necesita faros?<o:p></o:p>

What’s the
use of living small to please a past that no longer exists? What’s the point of
hiding our light when the world needs beacons?<o:p></o:p>

La ambición con alma es la que se construye desde la
coherencia interna. Desde un “sí” profundo al llamado de nuestra visión. Desde
el deseo genuino de impactar positivamente al mundo.<o:p></o:p>

Soulful
ambition is built from internal coherence. From a deep “yes” to the calling of
our vision. From a genuine desire to positively impact the world.<o:p></o:p>

invite you to ask yourself: What dreams have you abandoned out of loyalty? What
version of yourself are you hiding to avoid making others uncomfortable?<o:p></o:p>

No vinimos a este mundo a encajar. Vinimos a
expandirnos. Y cuando la ambición se encuentra con el propósito, entonces
dejamos de correr detrás de logros vacíos y comenzamos a construir desde lo
esencial.<o:p></o:p>

We didn’t
come into this world to fit in. We came to expand. And when ambition meets
purpose, we stop chasing empty achievements and start building from what truly
matters.<o:p></o:p>

En vez de temerle a la ambición, hagamos de ella
nuestra aliada. Porque tener hambre de visión es también tener sed de evolución.<o:p></o:p>

Instead of
fearing ambition, let’s make it our ally. Because having a hunger for vision
also means having a thirst for evolution.<o:p></o:p>
