La Alta Comisionada de la Unión Europea, Kaja Kallas, ha revelado que tiene información confirmada de que militares chinos han entrenado a soldados rusos en la guerra de agresión contra Ucrania.

 European Union High Representative Kaja Kallas has revealed confirmed information that Chinese military personnel have trained Russian soldiers for the war of aggression against Ukraine.

China es consciente de que Rusia está empantanada en la guerra, y que su apoyo a Moscú puede significar una reactivación de la alianza estratégica que Xi Jinping y Vladimir Putin acordaron en marzo de 2023.

 China is aware that Russia is bogged down in the war and that its support for Moscow could signal a revival of the strategic alliance agreed upon by Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin in March 2023.

En todas las guerras hay importantes definiciones que establecer, para determinar el grado de responsabilidad que corresponde a cada parte del conflicto. Está claro que Rusia es el agresor y que sus acciones injustificadas han derivado hacia la destrucción de instalaciones civiles, con un altísimo grado de criminalidad de parte de Putin.

 In every war, crucial distinctions must be made to determine the degree of responsibility borne by each party to the conflict. It is clear that Russia is the aggressor and that its unjustified actions have led to the destruction of civilian facilities, reflecting a high level of criminality on Putin's part.

El respaldo defensivo de Europa y Estados Unidos a Ucrania es justo y necesario, especialmente porque el agresor posee una manifiesta superioridad militar. Desde el comienzo del conflicto, Europa ha tratado de detener la guerra, primero ofreciendo mediación y posteriormente imponiendo sanciones económicas a Rusia. Ambos esfuerzos han fracasado.

 The defensive support provided to Ukraine by Europe and the United States is just and necessary, particularly given the aggressor's clear military superiority. Since the conflict began, Europe has sought to halt the war—first by offering mediation and later by imposing economic sanctions on Russia. Both efforts have failed.

Ucrania ejerce su derecho a defenderse, y en ese contexto ha conseguido el respaldo de numerosos países. El apoyo no ha estado exento de consecuencias. Rusia ha extendido sus represalias a quienes han proveído alguna ayuda a Ucrania.

 Ukraine is exercising its right to self-defense and has garnered support from numerous countries in doing so. This support has not been without consequences; Russia has retaliated against those providing aid to Ukraine.

La posición de Estados Unidos ha sido mesurada, evitando implicarse directamente pero asistiendo a Ucrania. Las armas y pertrechos enviados son de naturaleza defensiva. Sin embargo, asistir, ayudar o proveer material militar al agresor equivale a respaldar los crímenes de lesa humanidad que los ataques rusos causan a la población civil. Hemos visto muchísimas fotografías y videos de hospitales, edificios familiares, supermercados y hasta parada de autobuses destruidas por las bombas rusas.

 The United States has maintained a measured stance, avoiding direct involvement while still assisting Ukraine. The weapons and supplies sent are defensive in nature. However, assisting, aiding, or supplying military materiel to the aggressor amounts to endorsing the crimes against humanity inflicted upon the civilian population by Russian attacks. We have seen countless photographs and videos showing hospitals, residential buildings, supermarkets, and even bus stops destroyed by Russian bombs.

El involucramiento de China en esta guerra tiene grandes implicaciones. En diversas ocasiones, el gobierno de Estados Unidos ha pedido al régimen que no ayude a Rusia, y Pekín ha expresado su “neutralidad”. Siempre se ha sospechado que China colabora para aliviar las sanciones económicas de Europa y Estados Unidos. Sin embargo, participar en el entrenamiento de fuerzas militares rusas es un escalamiento que cambia la situación.

 China's involvement in this war carries significant implications. The U.S. government has repeatedly urged the regime not to aid Russia, while Beijing has declared its "neutrality." There has long been a suspicion that China is helping to mitigate the impact of economic sanctions imposed by Europe and the United States. However, participating in Russian military training exercises represents an escalation that changes the situation.

Este momento tiene una marcada significación. Informes publicados por “The Epoch Times” revelan que China está incrementando su arsenal nuclear a una tasa superior a la de cualquier otro país del mundo. El Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), que publica un informe anual sobre armamentos y conflictos, estima que China ha duplicado el número de cabezas nucleares y en 2025 ya había llegado a unas 600.

 This moment is highly significant. Reports published by The Epoch Times reveal that China is expanding its nuclear arsenal at a faster rate than any other country in the world. The Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), which publishes an annual report on armaments and conflict, estimates that China has doubled its number of nuclear warheads, reaching approximately 600 by 2025.

Mientras los arsenales nucleares de Estados Unidos y Rusia han permanecido estables en los últimos años, el de Pekín ha crecido significativamente. Según los cálculos de SIPRI, China superará a ambos países en el número de Misiles Balísticos Intercontinentales antes de 2030.

 While the nuclear arsenals of the United States and Russia have remained stable in recent years, Beijing’s has grown significantly. According to SIPRI projections, China will surpass both countries in the number of intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) before 2030.

La evidencia adicional de que China se prepara para un enfrentamiento militar de gran magnitud, lo demuestra la construcción de plataformas de lanzamiento de misiles de largo alcance, próximas a sus silos nucleares en la zona desértica del noroeste del país.

Further evidence that China is preparing for a major military confrontation is found in the construction of long-range missile launch platforms near its nuclear silos in the country's northwestern desert region. 

Reuters mostró vistas satelitales de la zona, además de información sobre la extensa red de plataformas, bunkers y nódulos de comunicaciones, muy cerca de los silos próximos a Hami, que autoridades norteamericanas habían calculado en 2024 en unos 300. Según esta apreciación, los misiles chinos ya pueden alcanzar a cualquier ciudad de Estados Unidos.

 Reuters released satellite imagery of the area, along with data on the extensive network of platforms, bunkers, and communication nodes located near the silos close to Hami—a complex that U.S. authorities estimated in 2024 to consist of around 300 silos. Based on this assessment, Chinese missiles are now capable of reaching any city in the United States.

Teniendo en cuenta la acelerada carrera nuclear de China, las evidencias reveladas por la Unión Europea toman más importancia y envían un mensaje de alerta a Estados Unidos.

 Given China's accelerated nuclear buildup, the evidence revealed by the European Union takes on greater importance and serves as a warning to the United States.
